Dear Friends,
This issue of What's New With You is dedicated to Y.O.U., Inc.'s fundraising news and needs. For an agency with such a large ($14 million) operating budget, we have an extremely diverse revenue stream and depend on a very small but critical percentage of dollars from private sources.

This newsletter is to help educate our friends and donors about our fundraising successes and the programs that could make use of additional private resources. In many ways the quality of care provided to our families depends on the flexibility that private funding provides. For example, the high standards we maintain with our facilities, the extra opportunities such as Outward Bound we give our students, and the broad range of care we offer can all be traced to flexible voluntary gifts.

If you have never given a gift to Y.O.U., Inc. (or even if you have!), we hope you will show your support of our work with troubled adolescents and families by using the enclosed envelope to send in a donation. On behalf of all the vulnerable children that we serve at Y.O.U., Inc., thank you and have a happy and healthy 1999.
Best wishes,

Maurice J. Boisvert,
President and CEO
