Youth Making a Difference After-School Program

This program provides a structured program for participants ages 11 – 16 between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. We offer homework and recreational time as well as groups which focus on life skills. The staff provides comprehensive case management services and can assist with additional service referrals including individual and family counseling.

Most of these slots are funded through the Department of Social Services although we will work with other payor sources including the school system, probation and the Department of Mental Health.
