Current Job Openings as of January 12, 2001 SUPPORT STAFF Clinic Billing Receivable Coordinator - Staff is responsible for all 3rd Party follow-ups, for all payers. Staff will contact claims departments of 3rd party carriers to establish status of claims and when payments can be expected. Staff will create and re-submit claim forms to 3rd party carriers as needed. All prior authorization (P/A) warnings (Giving the Clinicians the proper forms to complete follow-up with insurance) Status 13 (Working with problem claims), and Client Denials (Calling Insurance and/or writing waivers or appeals) will also be the responsibility of the coordinator, as well as financial intakes. Cook - Responsible for carrying out duties assigned by the chef manager, which include but are not limited to, meal preparation and service, kitchen maintenance, and general house service.
PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES Outreach Worker (32 hours per week) - to provide evaluation, crisis intervention, and outreach counseling to adolescents and their families (may include home-based interventions), as part of a multi-disciplinary team. MSW or MA in clinical or counseling psychology preferred. One year experience with children/adolescents required.Night Receptionist/Secretary - Responsibilities include, providing receptionist and telephone response, accepting copays, giving receipts, checking and updating insurance information and interacting with clientele. Also responsible for clerical tasks such us typing, filing, and copying. May be responsible for running tickets, distributing schedules, and rendering claims. Must have a minimum of two years office experience and/or secretarial school, computer and word processing skills, and the ability to interact pleasantly with people while managing a fast paced work environment. Therapists - Fee For Service. Provide family, group, and individual treatment in our outpatient clinics in Gardner, Southbridge and Worcester. M.A./M.S.W./Ph.D. required; LMHC, LICSW, or licensed Ph.D. preferred. Relief Staff- Part-time Clinical Counselors - For our residential homes located throughout Worcester County. All shifts (8am - 4pm; 4pm - 12am; 12am - 8am) and weekends available. Experience and/or Bachelors degree and valid Massachusetts driver's license required.
