RESIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES Managerial Positions: Director - Acute Adolescent Unit - We are currently searching for a Program Director experienced in delivering clinical services to adolescents and in providing supervision and administrative support to a diverse staff. The Director is responsible for overseeing the operation of a coed, diagnostic hospital diversion program for adolescents. The Director will also assist in the clinical and administrative management of the residential program and will participate as part of the Management Team. MSW/MA and a minimum of 4 years clinical/supervisory exp. req. Assistant Program Director - Key position overseeing milieu of a 14 bed, adolescent, male treatment program. Administrative duties, scheduling, staff supervision, crisis management, conference facilitation and some case management duties. Master's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree and significant residential treatment experience considered. Clinician - Masters-level clinician needed to provide individual and group counseling to adolescent girls in a residential school setting. Clinician to conduct treatment and discharge planning, develop and implement behavioral interventions, and work as a key member of the clinical team.Entry Level Positions: Clinical Counselors - Residential - (full-time day, evening, overnight shifts) in our residential facilities located in Worcester. Responsibilities include providing outreach and acting as liaison to the community, intake and assessment of clients, and implementation of treatment plans. Bachelor's Degree and valid driver's license required; Exp. in working with adolescents and/or children preferred.
