MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATIVE OPPORTUNITIES

Director - Acute Adolescent Unit - We are currently searching for a Program Director experienced in delivering clinical services to adolescents and in providing supervision and administrative support to a diverse staff. The Director is responsible for overseeing the operation of a coed, diagnostic hospital diversion program for adolescents. The Director will also assist in the clinical and administrative management of the residential program and will participate as part of the Management Team. MSW/MA and a minimum of 4 years clinical/supervisory exp. req.

Assistant Program Director - Key position overseeing milieu of a 14 adolescent male treatment program.  Administrative duties, scheduling, staff supervision, crisis management, conference facilitation and some case management duties.  Master's degree preferred.  Bachelor's degree and significant residential treatment experience considered.

 

CLINICAL OPPORTUNITIES

Clinician - Master’s-level clinician needed to provide individual and group counseling to adolescent girls in a residential school setting. Clinician to conduct treatment and discharge planning, develop and implement behavioral interventions, and work as a key member of the clinical team.

Foster Care Recruiter/Caseworker - Oversee the recruitment, training and support of foster parents. Responsible for developing a recruitment plan with the Program Director, networking with community resources, local media, and other venues to implement the recruitment plan. Responsible for conducting home studies in accordance with OCCS regulations. Conduct MAPP training for new foster parents. Support ongoing training and retention of foster parents. Facilitate ongoing foster parent support group. In addition carry a small caseload, develop and implement treatment plans and provide proctor case management and clinical interventions. Masters degree required.

Family Support Clinician - Program is expanding. Seeking candidate to provide home based family treatment within the Central Massachusetts area. Experience in working with adolescents and children required. BA required, MA preferred. Bi-lingual, bi-cultural preferred.

Therapists - Fee For Service. Provide family, group, and individual treatment in our outpatient clinics in Gardner, Southbridge and Worcester. Master's degree required; LMHC, LICSW, or licensed Ph.D. preferred.
