The Grafton House provides a safe and stable group living home for young women ages 12-18 years old. Our goal is to provide stability for these young women to help them build their strengths, heal emotionally, and build a successful and productive life in their community. The Department of Children and Families refers these young women due to issues needing support such as a history of running away, physical and/or sexual abuse, substance use, truancy and/or family conflict.
Strong community connections and academic success are emphasized through participation in positive activities such as sports, school clubs, and the performing arts. These young women display resiliency as they work with staff on productive and healthy futures.
