Through our Counseling Centers, we provide expert group therapy, which helps participants to benefit not just from professional expertise but also from their peers who are also striving to improve their mental or behavioral health. Different specific groups are offered at different times throughout the year (see our Calendar or contact our Central Referral 1-855-4YO-UINC or firstname.lastname@example.org to learn about upcoming groups).

PUNCH (Peers Uncovering New Coping Habits)
Weekly anger management group treatment for both middle and high school aged youth (11-17 years old) struggling with anger management and general coping skills. In some cases youth may be referred by their schools, EMH, DYS, other social service providers, or the Juvenile Court if they have displayed and/or threatened physical or verbal aggression toward others, or as the result of the destruction of property.
