At our Worcester Counseling Center we offer a range of therapeutic services (including Individual, Family/Couples, and Group Counseling, and Mental Health Consultation) in a licensed mental health clinic serving Central Massachusetts.
The professional staff of the Counseling Center includes licensed independent clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, licensed psychologists, and other master’s level clinicians, all of whom provide an array of therapeutic and counseling services. Additionally, psychiatrists and certified nurse specialists offer psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
The Center also offers specialty services in the areas of LGBTQ services, trauma services (with clinicians trained in TF-CBT, ARC, and CPP), juvenile sexual issues (JSI), and attachment struggles. Professional staff provides consultation and training to community partners and agencies.
Finally, the Counseling Center has a vibrant and well-known internship program that trains graduate psychology, social work, and counseling interns from colleges throughout New England.
Clients can access assessments in the following areas: psychiatric, psychological testing, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, substance abuse, risk assessment, and trauma sensitive care.
