Clinical Training Program

Y.O.U., Inc.’s Clinical Training program is a multifaceted annual series designed to bring staff from throughout the agency together to learn and think about diverse clinical topics, treatment issues, and
best practices. Workshops range from half day to full day, and are taught by experts in the human
service field. Additionally, Y.O.U., Inc. utilizes the exciting and highly effective teaching modality of
Grand Rounds, conducted by our Medical Director, Dr. Mila Tonkonogy, to further employees’ understanding of complex clinical issues and to advance their professional development.

Leadership Development Institute
