Description

Project Access is a program designed to assist uninsured and underinsured children and their families in accessing Mass Health or the Children’s Medical Security Plan.

Population

Project Access targets children, the disabled, the unemployed, seniors, pregnant woman and working adults. Eligibility for these plans is based on Federal Poverty Income Levels and certain other Federal guidelines. If children are in families with an income above the income for Mass Health, they are automatically referred to the Children’s Medical Security Plan which allows for higher income guidelines.
