We provide strength-based, trauma-informed clinical and program services that partner with families, schools, and available community resources to assist our clients to achieve permanent connections and attachments to families or others who can provide a lifelong connection and support to a child returning from an out of home placement.

Placements are available at several acute care settings that offer crisis stabilization services through referrals from hospital emergency rooms, emergency mental health screening teams, and managed care companies. Assessment services and rapid community reintegration are also available in community-based congregate care programs. Group Homes provide gender specific, as well as co-ed placement options, and extensive work with families as partners in treatment both during placement, and through wrap-around aftercare services. Residential Treatment and specialized education instruction and supports are available in a campus setting for adolescent girls that offer a variety of clinical and milieu services and on-campus housing for visiting parents. Teen parent apartments offer housing support, parenting education and independent living skills to teen moms, and independent living placements are also available to older teens crossing the threshold to adulthood.
