Site Director

• Location: Gardner, MA
• Service Area: Outpatient Counseling 
• Qualifications: : Ph.D., LICSW or LMHC. Must have a minimum of three years of clinical and /or management experience in child welfare or child/adolescent mental health services. 
• The Site Director provides supervision and evaluation of professional staff and interns. Coordinates all daily outpatient counseling clinic functions including receive and document referrals for service, assign referrals for intake evaluation, coordinate and schedule case review and utilization review, monitor and approve all treatment plans, monitor and review all termination and case transfers, monitor staff caseloads and clinic census.
