Outreach Worker (Part-time)

• Service Area: Community Based Services
• Qualifications: BA. MA/MSW preferred. One year of experience working with children and adolescents required.
• To provide evaluation, crisis intervention, and outreach counseling to adolescents and their families (may include home-based interventions), as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
