House Parent

• Location: Boylston, MA
• Service Area: Residential Services
• Qualifications: BA preferred and significant experience working with adolescent females.
• To create and maintain a positive, stable environment that promotes the development of personal responsibility, and independent living skills, via healthy role-modeling. Schedule includes 7 asleep overnights a week, school transports in the AM, and 2 days off a month.  Must be available to provide crisis management to residents on a 24-hour basis (except on days off).
