Head Cook
- Location: Worcester, MA
- Service Area: Residential Services
- Qualifications: Experience in food service industry.
- Responsible for
the complete functioning of the kitchen, including
preparation of three meals and snacks per day that
comply with bureau of nutrition standards, ordering,
storing and food inventory. In addition to
menu planning and assuring the cleanliness of the
kitchen and dinning room. The head cook is
also responsible for supervising the cook, and
working with other administrators on program wide
meal planning.
