Commonworks Coordinator

• Location: Worcester, MA
• Service Area: Managed Care Services
• Qualifications: MA and a minimum of four years experience working with at-risk adolescents and knowledge of DSS systems required; LICSW or LMHC preferred.
• To oversee clinical care management for clients in placement and aftercare services. Responsible for supervision of clinical care managers and facilitating client referral and placement services. Responsibilities also include ensuring quality improvement compliance with network providers and identifying the training needs of network providers.
