For those with Bachelor’s degrees who are looking for entry level positions, there are many opportunities to receive intensive training and experience that is considered to be among the most challenging and demanding in the field. Within each of the program areas, entry level staff develop expertise in behavior modification, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling.

For individuals with experience who are looking for employment opportunities, Y.O.U., Inc. provides ample opportunities to advance within the agency and take on more challenging program management and supervisory responsibilities. Employees in each of the program areas receive intensive training and quality supervision.

Y.O.U., Inc. also provides a variety of senior management opportunities. Staff are able to practice in their areas of interest and to further develop their areas of expertise, while working in challenging and fulfilling positions.
