From Route 290 East or West:
Take exit 23b. Follow Route 140 towards West Boylston. At the first set of lights take a left onto Route 70. About 300 yards up on your right is a football field. Immediately after the field there is a street, Elmwood Place, take that right and follow to the visitors parking lot on the left.

From Route 190 North or South:
Take exit 4. At the set of lights take a left onto Route 12. Follow Route 12 until the intersection of Route 12 and Route 140. Take a right onto Route 140 and follow until the intersection of Route 140 and Route 70. Take a right onto Route 70. About 300 yards up on your right is a football field. Immediately after the field there is a street, Elmwood Place, take that right and follow to the visitors parking lot on the left.

Once you have parked, walk out of the lot and take left. Follow the driveway and bear to the right and enter the front door for Foster Care. For the Adolescent Bridge Home follow straight until you see the ramped entrance and enter through the right hand door.
