Progam Overview

We believe a highly skilled and well-trained workforce is essential to insure quality care to our clients. Y.O.U., Inc. provides over 800 hours of organized training to our employees annually, and conducts a wide array of quality assurance activities on an ongoing basis.

Our quality management system is comprehensive, multifaceted and fully integrated throughout the agency, and it is designed to:

• Ensure a high level of quality services in all programs.
• Monitor trends and create action plans that will enhance services.
• Provide systems that continuously look at improving services and minimizing risks at all levels and within all programs.
