Grafton House provides a safe group
living environment that allows clients and families to build on their strengths,
to stabilize, to heal emotionally, and to be successful and
productive in the community. Permanency for clients is the principal goal for
all children in
substitute care. Grafton House believes that in order to achieve permanency,
youth need to be able to make strong community connections with school, community
service providers, friends, mentors, life long connections, and positive activities.
The program
is designed to provide a structured environment, and to introduce
the client to an array of experiences and skills that enable them to make healthy
lifelong choices.
