Family
Support Network
As
part of the Department of Children and Families (DCF)
Family Support Network initiative, Y.O.U., Inc. was selected
to be the Lead Agency for the Worcester East and
West Area offices, as well as for the Regional
Resource Center for the central region of the
DSS services in |
|
Worcester County.
The
mission of Family Support Network is to support the safety, permanency,
and well-being of children and families through
the development and integration of child welfare practices
that are grounded in the DCF core values. Through an integrated
network of service providers and community supports, Family
Networks provides
a seamless access for families to the services that best
meet their needs, and ensure permanency and lifelong connections
for
their children. |
