Y.O.U., Inc. serves as the lead agency for the Worcester West office of the Department of Social Services (DSS). Through this partnership with DSS, Y.O.U., Inc. manages an integrated, comprehensive system of purchasing services for the children and families being served by the Massachusetts Child Welfare System. Y.O.U., Inc. Family Networks provides a single point of entry into the integrated system of services,
and provides a seamless system for families in need.

As the lead agency, Y.O.U., Inc. staff provide coordination of service referrals, facilitate family team meetings to determine service needs, and manage and coordinate emergency placement services.
Family Networks staff also provide ongoing service coordination of placement services, as well as community support and stabilization services.

Through Family Networks, Y.O.U., Inc. provides leadership in developing family supports for the DSS.
In its role of managing services, Y.O.U., Inc. also collaborates closely with the courts, schools, other community-based organizations, family organizations, service providers, and other community supports.
