A. Your application and/or resume will be reviewed upon receipt. Our hiring process at Y.O.U., Inc. generally takes three to six weeks. If there is an appropriate match for you, you will be contacted
by a Y.O.U., Inc. representative for interviews. If there is not a match for you at the time of your submission, your resume/application will remain on file for ninety days.

In the event you are extended an offer for hire, Y.O.U., Inc. requires extensive background checks
to be completed, including, but not limited to, three professional references, a Criminal Offender Record check (C.O.R.I.) and/or police background check, an educational reference check, and a driving record check.
